A new luxury home enclave called Penn North is in the works just a short walk away from Park Avenue’s shops and restaurants in Winter Park.
Maitland-based Feely Developments LLC is expected to pour the slab this week on the first of four upscale single-family homes on Pennsylvania Avenue. The 3,569-square-foot home now under construction, expected to be priced from $1.38 million, will feature floor-to-ceiling windows, high-end appliances, a rear-entry garage, tile roof, marble floors, outdoor living area with full summer kitchen and retractable screen, and privacy walls separating it from neighboring properties.
