Gregg Hill wants to give potential high-end homebuyers in Central Florida a chance to tell their partners, “Darling, I love you but give me Park Avenue” right here in Central Florida.
Hill, CEO of Oviedo-based real estate investment and development firm Hill Gray Seven LLC, this month bought the site of two old multifamily communities on Park Avenue in Winter Park and expects to break ground this summer on a new “ultra-luxury” townhome complex.
