(Winter Park, FL) Slocum Platts Architects designed the new Sea Isle Apartments for Winter Park based developer, Epoch Properties, Inc. Sea Isle is a 356-unit apartment community located at Westwood Blvd and Central Florida Pkwy – one block from Sea World Orlando in Orange County. Construction began in September 2012.
The project consists of 5 apartment building types, 3 and 4 story with individual garages included on the first floor of every building. Apartments include one, two, and three bedroom units ranging in size from 789 – 1344 square feet.
Residents will enjoy the atmosphere and lifestyle created by the 13,000 square foot clubhouse, which features such amenities as a theater, game room, sports court, exercise and aerobic studio. Outdoor living can be enjoyed year round at the fireplace overlooking the pool and lake.
Exterior design features a multi-colored Nautical Theme with metal roofs, horizontal siding, stone, large corbelled overhangs and roof cupolas. Each apartment includes either an individual patio or balcony.
